Day 064: Days are shorter, it seems

October 24, 2008 | Friday

SHOWER TIME! Yes, you too! 🙂 I’m ready for it. Bathing from this sink is just not as good. Ha. It reminds me of how small I was as a kid and my mom or sister Dina would bathe me in the kitchen sink! I was always a small kid and so would fit with room to spare.

Late night now. Catching up on last letters, most of the day. I really don’t know how things are going to happen and days are growing shorter, it seems. All you who have written: I may not answer properly unless I get a stay of execution. My stamps and envelopes were on short supply and now gone. Still, they won’t budge on returning my stamps and envelopes. So I have to figure out another way. I am weeks away from my execution and the reason they took my stuff is a joke: they were not marked with my name and number. All of you are in my thoughts and in my heart.

    Recordado Rogelio:

Remember, Rogelio, ” where there’s life, there’s hope “. Place all your hope in God’s hands and he will care.
I am sure you were wriggling, laughing and splashing all around you in that sink. Already a sweet little rebellious…
    Un abbraccio

I would add another comment, dear Roy. Maybe you remember that in two particular entries you were evocating some professions or studies that you would love to learn or undertake after “The 19th”, if God, your friends, the concerned persons and Mr. Rick Perry would allow it. You were speaking of legal assistant, coach and Kiki made some many other interesting proposals, even of opening a cleaning company (Oups…).
Right now, turning back home in my car, I was listening to a radio programme. They were interviewing a Canadian lady who was on the point to hold a debate in Fribourg (yes!). The theme was “Love” (pain occurred – recovery, sublimation, etc). Her name was beautiful : Mrs. La BontĂ© (Mrs. The Goodness). So typically Canadian (Quebec). So, wrote her book as a psychoanalyst.
That’s the point I wanted to arrive : you would, too, make a fantastic psychotherapist; very good listening and heart quality, levelheadedness, perfect command of yourself, special intuition, etc …….
You see, all what I see or hear, is bringing me back to you. Hope that the day you will get his message will be good and serene. Keep confident.
Thinking of you, praying for you and hugging you, Fanfan

It is a tough situation you are in, only days left, cant even begin to imagine how your mind must be working. I am in strict opposition to the death penalty, although I cant see how life in prison could/would be any better, worse if anything. Sorry if i have just dismissed/disgraced the majority of your life. You’re paying the ultimate price, would not happen in my country. Good luck to you mate.
